Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable. Users retain feature access through their current billing cycle, though partial refunds aren't issued for unused time.
Post-Cancellation Effects
After cancellation, the website remains operational until the billing period ends. The next charge is waived, but the site goes offline afterward. User data and content faces potential deletion 30 days post-expiration.
Reactivation Option
Subscribers can restore their subscriptions anytime via WhatsApp. Reactivating within 30 days may preserve the previous website and content.
